The apartment building is one of Ödön Lechner's eary works, and it needed some unspectacular but rather critical changes in order to keep it secure. We looked for invisible and long-lasting solutions for the technical issues of the roofing and to reinforce the outside corridors. These solutions also meet the professional standards of renovating a protected heritage.
